SHOW YOUR SUPPORT FOR THE AHMCC
Hi everyone
Another year has come and gone and the AGM is upon us.
Come along! All members welcome. Your voice is important to be heard!
All Committee positions are open
How about joining our Committee? We are a great club, progressive and open to new ideas. We would love to have a few more people join the Committee to add to the creative brains-trust.
In addition to having some new faces on the general Committee:
- John Toshach will be looking to hand over the role of treasurer over the next year, so if you can work with John over coming months to learn the ropes and take over from him, then please put your name forward.
- Sarah will also look to take a break from the President’s role so having someone come on the Committee to work with Sarah and then take on this role during next year would also be great.
All committee vacancies can be filled in a number of ways.
- Firstly, current committee members are eligible for re-election without nomination.
- Secondly, a member may in writing or verbally nominate another member to be followed by that member’s written or verbal acceptance of the nomination. Verbal nominations can occur at the AGM while written nominations need to be signed by both the nominator and the nominee and forwarded to the Secretary: doncmail@bigpond.net.au by no later than October 21st.
Here are the details:
- Date: Monday 4 November
- Time: 7.30 pm
- Place: Auchendarroch House, 17 Adelaide Rd, Mt Barker.
- Dinner at Auchendarroch House: From 6.30pm.
