***NOTE the software follows UCI regulations that does not have time bonuses awarded to teams. To get around this every team for stage 3 and 4 is given a penalty time of 60 seconds, then the time bonuses are deducted from it. ie A team gets no time bonus then penalty is 60 whereas a team that gets time bonuses of 19 secs will only have a penalty of 41 secs. Anyone who can think of a better way can win the task of becoming a time official.
