DISC BRAKES APPROVED BY THE AVCC FOR RACING!
Now you can ride in AVCC sanctioned races with traditional rim brakes or DISC BRAKES.
Keeping up with advances in bike technology the AVCC has examined the safety issues involved with DISC BRAKES and given them the all clear.
From 13/09/2017 racing bikes with disc brakes will be legal in all SDLVCC, VLCC and AHMCC races so don’t hesitate to come out and race if you have embraced this new technology.
Next week’s State RR Championship Course will be RACE NEUTRAL to the top of the first climb out of Mt Torrens. Hopefully this will prevent groups breaking up in the first 2km of the race.

Due to I suspect a problem with our decoder not picking up all the transponders a number of riders were not recorded as finishing but I believe I have now managed to put them in their correct positions.
